Terms of Delivery

General

Studio Sanni Orasmaa / SoundByNature Oy, business ID: 2753011-6, sells products and services to companies and private individuals of legal age in mainland Finland. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries. If you want to order from abroad, contact info(at)sanni.fi

These delivery conditions are valid from 1 March 2023. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. The prices of the products include value added tax, which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. size, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Payment methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart. 

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you provide your valid e-mail address when you place the order. The phone number is requested to enable correct targeting by Posti. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. 

Note! If for some reason there are problems with payment, please contact us. Otherwise, if you feel that the order is not progressing as expected, please contact us. If necessary, we can look at the order here and send the payment link by email.

Delivery method

We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.

Delivery time

We will send your order to you as soon as possible. Our most common delivery times are 1-3 days, depending on the order. We will announce exceptional delivery times (e.g. holidays) separately on the home page. 

If the transport services slow down, we are not responsible for them. If for some reason you order the package itself to be transferred to another office or another service, we are not responsible for this service. 

The right to return products

All products have a full 14-day right of return, which applies to private consumers. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept for return a product that is not suitable for resale. Returns must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the products. Please ALWAYS contact us before returning via email info(at)sanni.fi. You make the return at your own expense by mail or by bringing the product to the location. When returning the delivered order, include your name and contact information and your account number for the refund.

Accordingly, we will return the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

If you have received free delivery and make a partial return, the value of the product to be returned is taken into account in the return amount, and if the new total amount falls below the free return limit, shipping costs are deducted from the return amount. 

Failure to collect is not a return. You always have to pay a return fee for returns left uncollected (19 euros, postage and handling). The amount will be deducted from your refund or, in the case of an invoice, from a refund invoice.

Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed. 

Transmission check, error and problem situations

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest to info(at)sanni.fi, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. 

Corporate sales

These above mentioned conditions do not apply to sales to companies and entities. We will of course replace defective products, but the terms of consumer sales are not followed when returning products. 

Change

We reserve the right to change our delivery conditions, so please check the current conditions before ordering. We try to keep our online store always up-to-date, but we are not responsible for any incorrect price or stock information on the online store pages.

We handle all customer data in complete confidence and undertake not to disclose customer data to third parties. All information related to the payment server transaction you provide in our online service is protected both online and offline. Payment transactions take place via the Stripe, Paypal, ApplePay or Klarna service, and the sensitive information you provide is protected with encryption so that no third party can access it.

We do not pass on any payment-related information, e.g. your credit card number, account information, etc. Even outside of our online service, all the information you provide for the delivery of the order is stored with appropriate care.

Stripe, Paypal, ApplePay and Klarna act as payment intermediaries, through which you can also buy by invoice/partial payment.

Limitation of liability

Studio Sanni Orasmaa / SoundByNature Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.

Disagreements

We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first to settle the matter.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).
