Sanni Orasmaa
I'm a Finnish-born singer and composer who gets her kicks from barefoot morning walks, the soothing scents of lavender and pine, a perfect cup of coffee, and invigorating hikes in the mountains. I love to swing and sing my heart out and find my way back to the ground in my woodland workshop, creating with flowers and candles. I sing and teach singing for a living, but singing is not a job for me, it is a spiritual practice, just like gardening. A way of being in the world. A way of observing and noticing. A sensitivity to sense the subtlest differences in tone. A search for what attracts and in turn repels. Recognizing emotions and noticing where those emotions lead. Your whole life is a kind of self-expression. You exist as a creative being in a creative world. A unique work of art. - Inspired by Rick Rubin’s Creative Act
