Terms and Conditions

General

Studio Sanni Orasmaa / SoundByNature Oy, Business ID: 2753011-6, sells products and services to companies and to private individuals of legal age within mainland Finland. These terms apply to orders placed in our online store and to corresponding deliveries. If you wish to order from outside Finland, please contact info(at)sanni.fi.

These terms and conditions are valid as of 1 March 2023. We reserve the right to amend the terms from time to time, so please review them each time before placing an order in our online store.

Products and Prices

The characteristics and prices of products sold in the online store are presented in each product description. Prices include value added tax (VAT), which is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.


Delivery Costs

Any delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product (e.g. size, packaging) and the selected delivery method, and are automatically added to the total order amount. You will see the delivery costs in your shopping cart before confirming your order.


Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.


Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide a valid email address when placing your order. A phone number is requested to ensure correct delivery by the postal service. The order confirmation also confirms the chosen payment method.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Note: If there are any problems with payment, please contact us. Likewise, if you feel that your order is not progressing as it should, please get in touch. We can check the order on our end and, if necessary, send you a payment link by email.


Delivery Method

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, selected by you at checkout.


Delivery Time

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Typical delivery times are 1–3 days depending on the order. Any exceptions (e.g. holidays) will be announced separately on the front page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by transport services. If you request a redirection of the parcel to another service point or service, we are not responsible for that service.


Right of Return

All products have a full 14-day right of return for private consumers. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that are not suitable for resale. The return must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the products.

Always contact us by email at info(at)sanni.fi before returning any item. Returns are made at your own expense by post or by bringing the product in person. When returning an order, include your name and contact details as well as your bank account number for the refund.

We will refund the amount paid for the order without delay in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

If you received free delivery and make a partial return, the refund will take into account the value of the returned item; if the new order total falls below the free-shipping threshold, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

Failure to collect a delivery is not a return. For uncollected returns, you will always be charged a return fee (19 euros, including postage and handling). This amount will be deducted from your refund or, in the case of invoicing, from the credit note.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.


Inspection of Shipment, Errors, and Problem Situations

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not correspond to your order, or is otherwise incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days at info(at)sanni.fi, so that we can agree on how to rectify the issue.


Business-to-Business Sales

The above terms do not apply to sales to companies and organizations. We naturally replace defective products, but returns are not subject to consumer sales terms.


Other

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions, so please check the current terms before ordering. We strive to keep our online store up to date, but we are not responsible for any incorrect pricing or stock information that may appear on the website.

We treat all customer information as strictly confidential and undertake not to disclose customer data to third parties. All payment-related information you provide in our online service is protected both online and offline. Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna, and sensitive data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

We do not receive any payment details such as your credit card number or bank account information. All information you provide for order fulfillment outside our online service is also stored with due care.

Payment service providers are Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna, which also offers invoice and installment payment options.


Limitation of Liability

Studio Sanni Orasmaa / SoundByNature Oy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or other damages related to an order, delivery, or product, or arising from the above, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of consumer protection law or other mandatory legislation require otherwise.


Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact our customer service first to settle the matter.

If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
