Lavender Munstead

Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead’ is a beautiful all-round variety, suited for the garden, for drying, and for the kitchen. I’ve been growing this variety at Mustikkarinne for three years now, and they seem to be the hardiest, humblest coworkers of the whole lavender gang.

These teen plants were raised in a greenhouse in Turku. They’ve been trimmed twice, so they are already bushy and ready for first summer blooms.
